1. 30-Day Return Window

You have exactly 30 calendar days from the official delivery date (as verified by the carrier tracking number) to request a full return and refund for your item. If 30 days have elapsed since your item was successfully delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

2. Return Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for a successful return and full refund, your item must meet the following precise conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, brand-new condition, exactly as you received it.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free from any signs of cosmetic or mechanical wear.
  • The item must remain in its original manufacturer packaging, including all tags, labels, protection layers, manuals, accessories, and components that were included in the box.

3.Β  Free Returns (No Return Shipping Costs)

We are proud to offer Free Returns to our customers across the United States. You will never be charged any restocking fees, administrative penalties, or return shipping costs. If your return request is approved, okaelin will generate and email you a prepaid, trackable shipping label. All you have to do is print the label, affix it to the return package, and drop it off at the designated carrier office.

4. Step-by-Step Return Procedure

To initiate a smooth return, please execute the following formal protocol:

  1. Submit a Request: Send an explicit email to our support team at support@okaelin.com. Provide your legal name, your exact order number (e.g., #OK1001), and a brief, clear explanation of the reason for the return.
  2. Receive Your Label: Our compliance team will review your submission within 24-48 business hours. Upon approval, we will email you your prepaid return shipping label and provide detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
  3. Package and Ship: Securely place the item into its original box, print out the provided prepaid return label, attach it to the outside of the parcel, and hand it over to the specified courier branch. (Please do not send packages back to us without receiving prior approval and our official label; items sent to unverified warehouses cannot be processed).

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your shipment thoroughly upon arrival. If you discover that the product is physically damaged upon arrival, structurally defective, malfunctioning, or if you received the completely incorrect product model/variant, contact us immediately via support@okaelin.com. Please provide clear photographic evidence or a short video demonstrating the defect alongside your order number. We will immediately arrange a rapid replacement shipment or issue an immediate full refund, entirely at our expense.

6. 10-Day Refund Processing Window

Once your returned package is delivered to our inspection warehouse, our inventory team will examine the item to ensure it meets our standard eligibility criteria. We will immediately send you an email notification confirming that we have received your returned item and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's physical state.

If approved, your refund will be securely authorized and initiated. We guarantee that your refund will be processed and credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, etc.) within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your banking institution or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 2-4 business days for the funds to formally post to your balance statement.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have received an approval confirmation from us but fail to see the credit on your bank statement after 10 full business days, we highly recommend double-checking your financial account first. Next, contact your credit card issuer or bank directly, as there is often a standardized processing delay before a refund is officially made public. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please reach out to us at support@okaelin.com, and we will cross-reference the transfer with our merchant processor to help resolve it.
