There are no subscription fees, no minimum purchase thresholds, and no hidden regional surcharges added at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price you pay.

3. Order Timeline & Delivery Windows

Our overall delivery timeline is clearly split into two distinct operational phases: Order Handling Time and Transit Time. Please review the specific metrics below:

4. Tracking and Shipping Confirmation

Once your payment is fully verified and your order has departed our fulfillment facility, an automated Shipping Confirmation Email will be dispatched to your registered email address (support@okaelin.com). This email will contain a secure, unique tracking link and tracking number issued by our primary logistics carriers (such as USPS, FedEx, or UPS). You can monitor your shipment live at any stage.

5. Address Modifications & Cancellations

To preserve accuracy and speed of delivery, adjustments to the shipping address or full order cancellations can only be accommodated within 12 hours of order placement. If you discover an error in your delivery address, please contact us immediately at support@okaelin.com or call +61 (485) 869-694. Once an item has entered the 1-3 day handling cycle or has been handed over to the courier, we cannot intercept or reroute the package. In such events, the customer must follow our standard 30-day return procedure after receipt.

6. Delivered But Not Received (Lost Packages)

If your tracking information states that your package has been successfully delivered to your specified destination address but you have not yet received it, we recommend performing a thorough check around your property and verifying with family members or neighbors. If the package remains missing, please contact the local carrier branch directly to verify the exact GPS drop-off coordinates, and notify our customer service via support@okaelin.com. We will initiate a formal trace investigation with the courier on your behalf.

7. Force Majeure & Severe Delays

While we make every possible operational effort to adhere strictly to our 8-16 business day delivery estimation, occasional disruptions stemming from extreme weather conditions, customs bottlenecks, natural disasters, or unexpected carrier labor disruptions may cause delays. Under such conditions, okaelin will proactively update you via email and provide real-time updates regarding the revised arrival date.
